InfoPeel provides information and resources in the Peel region related to Child Care, Early Years, Special Needs, and Community Services. The InfoPeel team at Child Development Resource Connection Peel (CDRCP) acts as the front door to Service Coordination in Peel and is the host for Peel Respite Services.
Our team of Community Information Resource Specialists connects families to licensed child care options through the Peel Early Learning and Child Care Directory, provides guidance on subsidies, and helps navigate EarlyON programming. Our Early Years and Child Care System Navigation (EYCCSN) program supports families facing barriers by actively helping them find child care, early learning programs, and related funding.
In addition to child care and early years support, we have a program called Kids Pathways Peel (KPP) where we provide service coordination for children and youth with Developmental Disabilities (up to age 18), working alongside community partners such as Kerry's Place Autism Services, Community Living Mississauga, Brampton Caledon Community Living, and ErinoakKids. As the host agency for Peel Respite Services, we maintain a free database that connects families to qualified, self-employed respite providers. We also support individuals with special needs or mental health concerns through Special Needs Information Peel (SNIP) by offering information, webinars, resources, and funding details for all ages. Additionally, we manage the Community Information Partners Peel (CIOC) Database, a comprehensive directory of local services such as housing supports, food banks, and counseling. Families and professionals can access InfoPeel Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm via phone, email or our live chat, with extended hours until 7:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
