There are multiple simple registration steps required to fill out in order to become a member of the virtual gathering. Please follow the steps below to detailed instructions on how to register. NOTE: Lifelong Learning Symposium 2025 registration form can be found at the following URL: https://cdrcp.netference.ca/registration/

Read the legal disclaimer and agree to Netference Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, then click on "Next" button:
Registration Step 1.
Enter your email address, then click on "Continue" button:

Enter and verify your information, then click on "CONTINUE" button:

If you are registering a shared account click on "Yes" and scroll down to prepare a list of your group members, otherwise please refer to the How to register for Lifelong Learning Symposium 2025 article.
Registration Step 3a - Preparing a list of your group members


  • Adding a member to your group
Click the Add More button to add the first member to your group.
A new row will appear in the on-screen spreadsheet, with some fields automatically filled in based on your initial registration:
Yellow cells indicate that a required field is missing.
Click inside the cell to edit the information. Depending on the field, you may either type the missing information directly or select it from a list:

When no yellow cells remain in the row, it means all required information for that member has been completed.
At that point, you will also see the “Participants prepared” count increase:
Repeat Step 3a for each group member:
Once your list is complete, scroll down and click the CONTINUE button:
Registration Step 4.
Confirm that you have access to the email address you are using for this registration and click on "Register"
That's it!
You are registered and automatically logged in on the Web site. Now check your email and find the message with the "ACCOUNT REGISTERED – Lifelong Learning Symposium" subject and open it - it contains your secure password for future signing in and other important information about your registration.
